Algorithm for gridding LPRM_AMSR2_DS_SOILM2 Level 2 swath files into a LPRM_AMSR2_DS_SOILM3 global grid system that is regularly spaced at 0.10 degree resolution, with the first grid centered at (latitude, longitude) of (89.95, -179.95) in the northwest corner of the grid. The value of a grid cell is the mean of the values of all swath pixels, the centers of which fall within that grid cell, for a given day and either daytime or nighttime. Typically, 1 or 2 values are averaged for a grid cell.
